Armstrong Tenantpac

A preconfigured packaged plate heat exchanger solution for commercial applications.

The Tenantpac is ideal for temperature and pressure breaks within either a heating or chilled water system.  Designed in conjunction with some of the UK’s leading property owners, it is fast becoming a standard solution in many tall & high specification buildings.

As the Tenantpac includes a plate heat exchanger, control valve, twin head variable speed secondary pump, pressurisation unit all matched to the plate duty in a very compact arrangement, it is flexible enough for most applications.

• Separation of the landlords & tenants water systems, thus eliminating contamination crossover and extensive water loss if a major leak should occur on a secondary circuit.
• Split couple, external seal pump for ease of maintenance and minimum down time.

Currently available for duties from 30 to 60 kW in a ceiling void design, 30 to 250kW in both single and dual system configurations for riser enclosures in a compact slim line design and up to 1000kW as single floor mounted module.
