3D Modelling
Armstrong Integrated Systems provides more than the traditional
2D CAD drawings; we provide 3D "virtual" plant rooms -
engineered to make the difference you can see. Our 3D modelling
computerised package, which is a first in plant room development,
enables us to build your "virtual" plant room prior to
construction. This eliminates many of the concurrent clashes and
errors typical with traditional 2D systems.

Off-Site Manufacture The Armstrong Integrated
Systems commitment to pre-assembly and off-site manufacture brings
many benefits to the construction process. Some of these
benefits are improved speed of construction, improved quality,
reduced costs and environment impact, improved health and safety,
as well as improved co-ordination, security and labour saving.
3 Stage Build Plan
The key to our manufacturing flow is our 3 Stage Build Plan. Stage
One is the Engineering Phase, where the 3D model is
built. Once approved, the model is frozen and work proceeds
to Stage Two. This
is the pre-assembly stage and during this phase, pipe and structural
calculations are completed and capital plant procured. Following
the appropriate confirmations, Stage
Three, the final assembly phase, is
initiated. Once the base
and frame are assembled, the unit is mechanically and electrically
fitted-out, tested, insulated and the external cladding system
fitted. Following completion of a 172 point inspection checklist,
the unit is delivered to the site.
